Life is starting to get busy here too! :) Which is a good thing. Helps me keep my mind off you-know-who......lol! Thomas has his first baseball game on Saturday, Amy's 13th birthday is Saturday, Angela takes the ACT saturday.....I think we might go out to eat Friday with our friends the Reeves for Amy's birthday cause Saturday is so busy. :)
Today we finished mulching the flower beds at the house in Elkmont. We are planning to put the house on the market to sell this weekend. :) If it doesn't sell we might try renting. :)
Do you ever feel like you try the best in a friendship and all your best efforts get pushed back in your face? That is how I am feeling in my friendship with Jana. it's weird......Do you have any advice for me? I am trying to be a good friend to her but....

Yes, I've had friendships were I felt like I was giving 150% and the friendship still wasn't working out too well. I'll pray for your friendshsip with Jana. When this happened recently to me, it turned otu that the friends who did this to us, weren't really grounded in their faith and they pretty much rejected all they'd been taught. It was a very sad moment for me when I found out. I still try to keep in contact with them but they don't ever really reply. =/ So I pray for them.....

Staying busy is good. I hope you guys are able to sell or rent the house.
Hmm, I have had some friends just leave for no real reason but they changed. And I realized that maybe it was God's will or they were not meant to be my friends anymore. I didn't stop caring or praying for them. But I realized there is only so much I can do and a one sided friendship doesn't work. A friendship is like a marriage in a way, I mean there has to be some commitment, and if that is not there well it won't work.
